Placing Your Order: Key Information
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email to acknowledge receipt.
Stock Verification & Shipping: We quickly check the availability of your items with our suppliers. While most accessories and pre-assembled sheds are ready for immediate shipment, custom shed orders may require extra time (see the Shipping Timeline section below).
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will dispatch your items. Tracking information will be sent to your email address on the day of shipment.
Follow-Up: If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your purchase, please reach out to us through any of our communication methods.
Shipping Details

Shipping Timeline
Custom Orders: Custom sheds usually require 3-4 weeks of preparation time before shipping. This timeframe may extend for highly specialized or custom orders.
In-Stock Items: Shed accessories and pre-assembled sheds typically arrive within 5-7 business days after payment processing.
Order Delays: If your order experiences delays due to unforeseen factors or supplier issues, a customer support specialist will contact you to discuss the situation and available options. You may choose to cancel the order if the revised conditions are not acceptable.
Upon Delivery
Inspect Your Items: Before accepting your delivery, check for any visible damage (such as dents or scratches) and note these on the delivery receipt. A clean receipt indicates acceptance of the order in perfect condition, and any subsequent damage claims might be affected.
Verify Package Contents: Make sure all items are included. Report any discrepancies within 48 hours to ensure quick resolution.
Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after delivery, report it immediately to facilitate claims and resolutions.
Order Refusal Policy
Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or shipping errors will incur a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges.
