30-Day Return Policy: We recognize that sometimes a product might not be just right for you. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window. Please note that refunds will be issued less any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item, which may take 5 to 7 business days. If the product passes inspection, we’ll process your refund. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we can cancel it, but please be aware that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fees: Return shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

BOGO Offers: For Buy One Get One promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one item is returned, you’ll receive a replacement for that item or store credit equivalent to the value of that item when purchased alone. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs and, depending on the manufacturer, a restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed to the original credit card used for the order.
